TEXT MESSAGING PRIVACY

If you choose to receive text messages from Worx Staffing Group, we may use your mobile phone number to send account notifications, scheduling updates, employment-related communications, appointment reminders, verification codes, and other messages you have requested or agreed to receive.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or receiving services from Worx Staffing Group. FACIAL RECOGNITION

Worx Staffing Group uses Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services to power our Facial Recognition features.

Our facial verification system stores a single comparison image for identity verification purposes. Facial recognition processing is performed through Microsoft's Face API.

Microsoft does not permanently store facial comparison information used during verification. Mathematical representations used to compare facial data are transmitted only during the verification process to generate a match score.

Users may request deletion of their facial verification image at any time by:

Deleting their Worx Staffing Group account
Requesting that their manager clear Face Verification through the Manager Dashboard
Contacting support through the in-app chat
Contacting support via email at support@worxstaffinggroup.com

MOBILE DEVICE LOCATION TRACKING

Worx Staffing Group’s mobile apps including but not limited to the Worx Staffing Group mobile application on iOS, Android or any other platform may collect location information based on the settings of the organization or organizations to which the current user’s account belongs.

Information collected includes location data to verify the users current location at the time of specific actions that require it, including time clock actions. As per the account settings we may also collect real-time route tracking data during worked hours, and may also use native device features to identify when a user has entered or exited a specified area to provide timely notifications.

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

Worx Staffing Group does not sell your personal information.

We do not transfer your information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

With your consent.
With trusted vendors and service providers who help us operate our services and who are contractually required to safeguard your information.
When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
When necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, or imminent harm.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

If legally permitted, we will notify you before responding to legal requests for your information so you may challenge those requests.

By using any Worx Staffing Group websites, applications, products, or services, including the Bounce Back website and mobile applications, you acknowledge that Worx Staffing Group is not liable for financial losses, decisions made based upon information provided through the Services, or damages arising from use of the Services, except where prohibited by law.
